Reach Your AV Design Potential

AV design is both an art and a science. Without a keen understanding of each, a design may not reach its potential.

AVIXA knows the challenges you face and offers training to help you meet your career goals. If you are a busy professional, our selection on-demand training can fit in with your schedule and you can learn at your own pace.

"Every piece that I’ve done so far from the program report, to the discussions in the class and the knowledge of everybody, I can apply day one when I go back."
— Kerin Griffin, CTS, Audio Visual Specialist, ACT Associates LLC

Earn the CTS and CTS-D

Many who complete these groups of training consider the Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) certification. One way to do that is enrolling in CTS Prep Online (free for AVIXA Premium and Elite members) to prepare for the CTS exam. But, there are many possible ways to study. Learn more about options to prepare for the exam and the benefits of earning the leading AV professional credential.

For those who have already earned their CTS, many designers go on to prepare for the CTS-D (design) credential. This certification can make you stand out even more and shows your dedication to being the best in the industry. In addition, wherever you go, your certification goes with you — you earned it.

Not ready for a CTS Exam? Show clients and potential employers that you have achieved a basic level of technical knowledge by earning the AV Technologist Certificate — free for AVIXA Premium and Elite members.
