Balancing Simple, Smart and Secure Collaboration

Hybrid work has shown that different types of meetings require different technologies. Traditional tools often fall short when it comes to hybrid brainstorming, users still lose time at the start of calls, and AI has not yet reached every meeting room. Modern meeting spaces must balance three priorities: trustworthy intelligence, user-friendly tools for both users and IT, and compliance with security standards such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
