InfoComm brings the pro AV industry together around innovation, insight, and connection, and nowhere is that more evident than on the show floor stages. Each stage offers a distinct perspective on the direction of the industry and shapes how you experience the show, but what exactly can you gain from them?

Let’s take a look at how each stage differs and how dividing your time between each location will help you make the most of InfoComm 2026.

Vision Stage: Turning Innovation into Action

Located in the Central Hall (Booth C7872), the Vision Stage is where technology meets practice. Sessions focus on helping AV professionals understand both what’s new in AV and how these technologies can be used to deliver better outcomes for clients and end users. Attendees can expect product announcements, live demonstrations, and case studies that show how the solutions they’ve been hearing about actually perform in real-world environments.

A key differentiator of the Vision Stage is its emphasis on trend forecasting and strategic context. Here is where you’ll hear experts explore where the market is heading, how client expectations are evolving, and what partnerships and workflows will matter most in the years ahead. These sessions are designed to help attendees connect innovation on the show floor with longer-term planning and business strategy.

The Vision Stage also features inspiring talks that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AV. You’ll be encouraged to rethink how technology can enhance experiences across corporate, education, and entertainment spaces.

Spotlight Stage: Exploring Experience-Driven AV

The Spotlight Stage, located in the North Hall (Booth N6668), shifts the focus to some of the fastest-growing solution areas in pro AV, including broadcast AV, digital signage, and live event technologies. Designed as both a presentation and networking space, the Spotlight Stage offers a more conversational, immersive environment than traditional convention stages.

Sessions highlight how media technologies are being deployed to create compelling, audience-focused experiences. Rather than diving deep into individual products, discussions often emphasize workflows, creative approaches, and real-world use cases. There’s a particular focus on the intersection of content creation and storytelling.

Between sessions, the Spotlight Stage serves as a hub for peer-to-peer connection, giving attendees opportunities to engage directly with presenters, solution providers, and fellow professionals. This blend of insight and interaction reflects how media-centric AV projects succeed through collaboration as much as technology.

Xchange LIVE: Conversations That Bring the Community Together

Rounding out the experience is AVIXA Xchange LIVE, located in the Grand Lobby between the North and Central Halls. Unlike the more presentation-focused Vision and Spotlight Stages, Xchange LIVE is designed primarily for conversation and community-building. Discussions from the AVIXA Xchange digital community will be brought onto the show floor and will encourage audience participation.

Throughout InfoComm, Xchange LIVE hosts a growing lineup of meetups and informal discussions, creating space for attendees to share ideas, exchange perspectives, and expand their professional networks. The focus is less on formal instruction and more on peer-driven engagement, and it’s an ideal stop for professionals looking to connect across roles, market segments, and experience levels.

Three Stages, One Holistic Experience

Each of these stages offers something unique. The Vision Stage provides strategic insight and technical clarity, the Spotlight Stage showcases experience-driven applications and media workflows, and Xchange LIVE fosters the conversations that help ideas take root within the AV community.

For InfoComm attendees, the value lies not in choosing one stage over another, but in making time for all three. Together, they reflect the full spectrum of what InfoComm delivers: forward-looking technology, practical insight, and the connections that move the pro AV industry forward.
