This March, across Asia Pacific, the AVIXA Women’s Council is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day bringing women in the AV industry together for connection, collaboration, and community. This year’s international theme, “Give to Gain,” resonates deeply with Audio Visual industry in many ways.

In the AV world — an industry still working toward greater gender balance — giving your time, support, mentorship, and voice creates opportunities not just for others, but for the entire community. When women lift other women, we all gain: stronger networks, broader perspectives, and a more inclusive AV ecosystem that nurtures future leaders.

Through regional meetups, shared stories, and meaningful conversations, we’re celebrating the power of generosity, solidarity, and collective growth. Give to Gain reminds us that every contribution — no matter how small — helps shape a more vibrant and equitable future for Women in AV across Asia Pacific.

AVIXA Women's Council Meet up in Oceania - Tuesday, March 10, 2026 | Sydney

The AVIXA Women’s Council meetup in Sydney is a wonderful opportunity for women in AV in ANZ to come together, connect, and strengthen our community spirit. This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” celebrates generosity, collaboration, and reciprocity as catalysts for advancing gender equality, making this gathering especially meaningful.
