Pete Coman is award-winning digital workplace experience designer whose career spans 30 years in the tech industry. With a background in owning and managing IT companies and installing and programming advanced technology systems, Pete knows what it’s like on both sides of the fence. Pete recently moved to New York to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for PTS and is currently working with organizations to help them re-imagine their workplace by leveraging smart technologies to enhance workplace activities and the user experience.

He likes long walks on the beach, eating out, watching the footy, and has a passion (bordering on obsession) for technology.

He is a thought leader in modern workplace design, emphasizing that technology must perform flawlessly to support productivity, decision-making, and user confidence.

Elshat Kashgari brings his expertise as a Sales Engineer at Yealink, specializing in unified communications and collaboration technologies. With a strong background in supporting partners and customers across North America, he brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to bridging technical capabilities with real-world business needs. Elshat has extensive experience in designing and deploying unique Yealink video conferencing solutions, such as Multi-camera, ProAV solutions, that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and support the shift toward hybrid work environments.
