David Maldow is the Founder & CEO of Let's Do Video and has been covering the visual collaboration industry, and related technologies, for over 15 years. His background includes 5 years at Wainhouse Research, where he managed the Video Test Lab and evaluated many of the leading solutions at the time. David has authored hundreds of articles and thought pieces both at Telepresence Options, where he was managing partner for several years, as well as at Let's Do Video. David often speaks at industry events and webinars as well as hosting the LDV YouTube Live Stream.

Catherine Koutsaris is the Product Marketing Manager at Matrox Video, where she drives the positioning and promotion of standards-based, cutting-edge AV and broadcast AV-over-IP solutions. With a background in engineering and expertise in IP-based control room workflows, Catherine helps organizations modernize their AV systems without compromising flexibility, security, or interoperability. She actively champions open standards like IPMX and ST 2110 as pathways to scalable, future-proof deployments. Known for making complex technologies approachable, Catherine brings a practical, real-world perspective to IP migration—grounded in industry insight and informed by close collaboration with end users and integrators.

Nicoel Lewis, Sr. Systems Engineer at NETGEAR, provides technical strategy and solutions for AVoIP deployments across broadcast, live production, and Pro AV environments.

With over two decades of experience in IP networking and systems integration, Nicoel specializes in designing robust, scalable infrastructures that support uncompressed and lightly compressed video over IP—including SMPTE ST2110, NDI, Dante AV, and other standards-based workflows. She works closely with systems integrators, engineers, and end users to optimize network performance and ensure interoperability across complex ecosystems.

Nicoel is passionate about bridging the gap between IT and AV, helping clients transition to IP-based video with confidence.

Jesse Miller has been building professional video systems since 2003. As CEO of Midtown Video, he designs and integrates multicamera production and live streaming systems for conferencing, retail experiences, sports broadcasting, and large venue sound. From 2009 to 2014, he produced and hosted a live internet TV show that showcased emerging technologies for professional streaming studios. Jesse holds degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Florida International University, and is licensed by the State of Florida as a Certified Low Voltage Contractor. When he isn’t helping clients deliver broadcast-quality experiences, Jesse can be found playing ultimate frisbee, coaching t-ball, or flying small airplanes.
