Pete Coman is award-winning digital workplace experience designer whose career spans 30 years in the tech industry. With a background in owning and managing IT companies and installing and programming advanced technology systems, Pete knows what it’s like on both sides of the fence. Pete recently moved to New York to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for PTS and is currently working with organizations to help them re-imagine their workplace by leveraging smart technologies to enhance workplace activities and the user experience.

He likes long walks on the beach, eating out, watching the footy, and has a passion (bordering on obsession) for technology.

Lance McDonald is a Digital Workplace IT Senior Leader at Capital Group, a leading global financial services firm headquartered in Los Angeles. With over 25 years of professional AV experience, Lance is a seasoned expert in corporate AV, events, broadcast, and workplace technology. He oversees global enterprise standards and future roadmap development across 32 offices in 14 countries, supporting meetings, events, and workplace technology for over 10,000 associates. Lance's extensive experience spans from AV integration to corporate senior leadership, and he is a strong advocate for the synergy between Enterprise IT, Office Services, and Facilities functions. He holds CTS-I and D certifications and earned his Presidents and Key Executives MBA from Pepperdine University.

As Director of Product Marketing, Joel is responsible for positioning Crestron’s commercial product platforms in a way that pushes the industry forward while taking into account market trends. During his 10 years at Crestron, Joel has held numerous roles across Sales, Technical Support, and Product Marketing, which have provided him with exposure to multiple perspectives that strengthen his approach in his current role.

With over 10 years of experience in workplace and automation technology, Joel has a deep knowledge of how thoughtful platform integrations can make workplaces smart and how workflows can drive adoption amongst a workforce.

Jason was named Vice President of Workplace Strategy in 2025. In this role, he assists organizations as they navigate digital transformation, ensuring they have the strategies and solutions needed to create dynamic, productive, and future-ready workplaces. Previously, he served as Senior Director of the Enterprise AV and Visualization Practice, leading a team of technology experts and working with technology solution providers in the development of audiovisual solutions designed for the modern workplace. With a focus on enabling seamless communication and collaboration, Jason specializes in optimizing technology ecosystems to help FORTÉ customers achieve their communication and collaboration goals. He has played an instrumental role in developing new solutions to benefit organizations across all industries. His visionary leadership and commitment to innovation drive transformative advancements in communication technologies, establishing him as a trusted advisor adept at navigating the complexities of modern business landscapes.
