Redefine balance. Reclaim your energy. Lead with purpose.

Leadership today demands more than endurance - it requires intention. In this engaging webinar, Carol Enneking draws on lived executive experience, research, and candid storytelling to explore what rebalancing really looks like in the midst of high expectations and sustained pressure. Rather than asking leaders to do less, Carol shares how to lead differently when the pressure is on.

Attendees will walk away with practical, immediately usable tools to protect their energy, uphold high standards, and make clearer decisions aligned with what matters most. Designed for leaders navigating intense seasons, this session offers a fresh, realistic approach to leading with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Held in recognition of International Women’s Day, this webinar is hosted by the AVIXA Women’s Council. The Women’s Council is proudly supported by Global Sponsors, Diversified and Shure.

In this March webinar you will learn to:

  • Recognize early signs of burnout before performance drops.
  • Reset expectations without lowering standards or accountability.
