Pete Coman is award-winning digital workplace experience designer whose career spans 30 years in the tech industry. With a background in owning and managing IT companies and installing and programming advanced technology systems, Pete knows what it’s like on both sides of the fence. Pete recently moved to New York to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for PTS and is currently working with organizations to help them re-imagine their workplace by leveraging smart technologies to enhance workplace activities and the user experience.
He likes long walks on the beach, eating out, watching the footy, and has a passion (bordering on obsession) for technology.

Christa is the Director of Client Growth at Pivot, where she leverages her deep industry knowledge and passion for technology to help clients achieve their business goals. With over 20 years of experience in the AV industry, she thrives in a dynamic environment and constantly seeks opportunities to expand her expertise through ongoing training and certifications.
A recognized leader in the AV community, Christa is a CTS-certified professional and a former member of the AVIXA Content Learning Committee. She has a proven track record of success, having previously hosted monthly CTS study group sessions on behalf of the AVIXA Women's Council. Her dedication and contributions have been acknowledged with numerous industry awards, including the NSCA Education Foundation 2015 WAVE Business & Leadership Conference Award, Commercial Integrator Top 40 Influencers Under 40 (2015), Systems Contractor News Power Players: Honoring Exemplary Women in the Industry (2015), Commercial Integrator 103 #AVTweeps You Must Follow on Twitter (2016), and the InfoComm International Harald Thiel Volunteer of the Year Award (2016).
Outside of work, Christa enjoys the outdoors and is an avid cyclist.

Craig Durr is an analyst, researcher, and keynote speaker who focuses on workplace collaboration—the services, technologies, and devices that empower seamless connections between businesses, employees, and customers.
His expertise encompasses comprehensive market analysis, sizing projections, product evaluations, emerging trends, and end-user and buyer expectations. He has been a featured speaker in the US, India, South America, and Europe and is recognized by ARInsights as an ARchitect Power 100 analyst.
In addition to following technology, Craig also studies the human elements of work, organizing his findings into the workforce, the workplace, and the workflows and charting how these variables influence technologies and business strategies.

Raj Singh is the Director, Learning Environments & Technologies at University of Southern California. He manages the design, engineering, support and management of all general use teaching spaces at USC. Raj has been working in the technology field for more than 15 years for various Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity Firms and Technology Manufactures. He is an experienced professional with broad understanding of all aspects of AV/IT technology stack, architecture, design, engineering and management at the highest levels. He has a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Masters in Business Management. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, hiking, reading and spending time at the beach.

Justin Watts CTS, DMC-D, MTA, ITIL is the Senior Manager of Global Video and Events and North America/Europe On-Site Support at AMD in Austin, Texas. He has spent more than 29 years in AV related endeavors ranging from staging and live production to IT centric collaboration technologies. Justin has wide ranging experience in the corporate audio visual space with a specific focus in large scale technology companies having worked at Google, Facebook, Apple, and now AMD.
Justin is also an active AVIXA volunteer where his efforts include teaching yearly at the InfoComm show as a Senior Faculty Instructor. He has also served on Standards Committees, the Diversity Council, the Certification Steering Committee, and the Tech Manager’s Council. Along with holding his CTS and ITIL certifications he has also been recognized as an 40 under 40 by SCN magazine.
