Content & Learning Committee

The AVIXA Content & Learning Committee serves as an advisory committee to AVIXA staff, delegated by the Board of Directors to support industry education initiatives.

Mission

AVIXA's Content & Learning Committee is one of three Steering Committees delegated by the Board of Directors as an advisory committee to staff. The committee evaluates submissions for InfoComm show education sessions ensuring relevant programming. The committee also advises staff on faculty recognition, program design, content development, and user experience for industry learning programs.

InfoComm and AVI Systems Team Up Again to Present InfoComm Esports Live 2.0

InfoComm and AVI Systems have teamed up again to present InfoComm Esports Live 2.0 at the show this June 12-14 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees will experience esports in action all three days with a Gaming Stage featuring live match play competitions; esports expert presenters and tech at the Coaches’ Stage; play-by-play, interviews, and podcasts from the Shoutcast Stage; and a full Production Stage.

Enterprise IT Program Returns to InfoComm 2024

After the successful enterprise IT programming at last year’s InfoComm, enterprise IT will make its return at InfoComm 2024, this June 8-14 (exhibits 12-14) at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year’s program will feature a new two-day AVoIP Foundations workshop, plus education sessions on topics such as IoT solutions, IT and AV system design and integration, network design, and more, as well as a meetup and a show floor tour focused on enterprise IT.

The AVIXA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, is proud to announce the creation of the Brad Sousa Impact Fund to support the Foundation’s work with a key focus on developing audiovisual and digital transformation professionals and their understanding of each other’s overlapping needs. The AVIXA Foundation provides access to AV skills education, career pathways, and valuable hands-on experiences to inspire the next generation of leaders in the audiovisual industry.
