The event will deliver industry insights, trends, and networking opportunities to a wider professional audience across the region.

Colombia and Argentina are two of the fastest-growing markets for audiovisual integration in Latin America, with rising demand for technology solutions in corporate, education, government, and entertainment sectors, among others. The event will make two strategic stops: Bogotá on August 5 and Buenos Aires on August 11. Each city will host a full-day program from 9:30 to 18:30, featuring keynote sessions and professional networking.

Bogotá, Grand Hyatt Hotel, August 5: From AV market trends to the keys for creating high-impact audiovisual experiences

The Bogotá session will begin with an analysis of AV market data and trends in the region. Sergio Enrique Gaitán Serrano, CTS, DTCP, AVIXA Regional Manager for Mexico and Northern Central America, will present "Beyond the Trends: What Drives AV Technology Adoption and What Does It Deliver?" He will connect AVIXA's market research with real-world developments, highlighting which solutions are gaining traction, the needs they address, and how end users are adopting AV technology.

Next, the AVI-SPL team, including Sofía Arreola, CTS, John Romero, and Julián García, will present "The 5 Keys to Elevating Audiovisual Experiences." This practical session will cover essential principles for creating high-impact AV environments, focusing on user-centered design, innovation, and operational excellence.

Additional sessions from Tecso, Ambientes Inteligentes, Crestron, LEDEC Technology, and Audio-Technica will address smart space trends, LED engineering for large-scale projects, and professional audio solutions for diverse environments.

As part of the event's activities in Colombia, a special media session will be held on Thursday, August 6, featuring a presentation on the audiovisual integration industry's market outlook and key trends. Journalists will also visit the Clinical Simulation Center at the Faculty of Medicine of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a landmark installation featuring advanced audiovisual technology led by Integración AV.

Buenos Aires, Hotel Faena, August 11: AI, collaboration, and pro audio at the heart of the program

The Buenos Aires stop will begin with a session by Darío Ángel González, Head of Sales at Logitech for Business for the NSC Cluster in LATAM, titled "AI in Everyday Life: How Artificial Intelligence is Transforming the Work Experience." This session will provide practical insights into how AI meets users' daily expectations, such as seamless meetings and efficient collaboration, and the opportunities this presents for integrators and distributors in Latin America.

The program continues with "The 5 Keys to Elevating Audiovisual Experiences," presented by the AVI-SPL Argentina team: Gabriela Molina, CTS, Eduardo Travi, CTS, and Diego Passarini, Regional Sales Director for South America and General Manager of AVI-SPL Argentina. This session will cover key principles for maximizing AV environments, with practical examples relevant to the Argentine market.

The program continues with sessions from Eventos con Éxito, Crestron, Tecso, and Shure covering various industry aspects, from live events and audio design for commercial spaces to smart environments and the future of AI-ready meeting rooms. It concludes with a Pro Training by Dinalight.

Buenos Aires, August 12: Certification workshop on sustainability in AV

The day after the main event, on August 12 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, a workshop will be held at Distecna S.A.'s facilities to kick off the SAVe (Sustainability in AV) certification process.

The workshop invites audiovisual industry professionals to learn about the sector's environmental impact and gives them practical tools to create plans that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Earning the SAVe certification shows a commitment to the planet. It also helps organizations find new market opportunities, lower business risks, and build a stronger reputation in the industry.

Virginia Molina from Proyecciones Digitales and SAVe Ambassador in Argentina, Martín "Tato" Corró from AVI-SPL and SAVe Ambassador, and Camilo Acosta, AV solutions specialist and Chair of the SAVe Certification Committee, will lead the workshop. All three are active members of AVIXA's Sustainability Advisory Group.
