Two months before its opening, the region's most important audiovisual integration event adds new activities, specialized training, and services for attendees.
Mexico City, Mexico. August 26, 2026 - InfoComm América Latina is moving steadily toward its second edition, taking place Wednesday, October 21 through Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Centro Internacional de Exposiciones y Convenciones World Trade Center in Mexico City. As the event nears, it announces important news: six audiovisual experiences designed to bring technology to life up close; a growing list of manufacturers offering technical training sessions; guided tours of the show floor; and new exhibitors joining the event. Produced by AVIXA, InfoComm América Latina will serve as the meeting point for professionals and end users in the growing audiovisual integration industry. Registration is free and available for both attendees and members of the press.
Six Experiences of Audiovisual Technology in Action
At AVIXA events worldwide, visitors do more than see products and solutions on the show floor or listen to experts share their knowledge as part of the educational program; they can also use the technology themselves. During the event, attendees can visit six experiences that show how audio, video, lighting, content, and connectivity can combine to transform a space and create memorable moments.
"The experiences we will present are made possible by the commitment and creativity of the companies participating in the event. Their collaboration lets us showcase real-world applications of audiovisual technology in everyday contexts, sparking curiosity and opening new possibilities for visitors. That is one of the core goals of events: for visitors to understand, feel, and discover the potential of technology to transform spaces and experiences," said Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at AVIXA.
AV That Inspires: Making the Impossible Possible
The entrance to InfoComm América Latina will be surrounded by an enveloping LED tunnel containing works by the invited digital artists (video mappers), all under the creative direction of the multimedia artist Patricia Saucedo. Visitors will arrive on a journey where creativity and technology come together. A large-format LED screen will function as a Digital Art Gallery, showing works by the invited digital content creators. Together, the two installations illustrate how the audiovisual industry is leading the way in creating new forms of expression and interaction.
AV That Creates: Urban Art, Digital Technology
The Meitec and Graffiti+ Digital Graffiti Wall is a wall turned into an interactive canvas where attendees can create their own artworks using tools that feel like spray paint. At the event, Mexican graffiti artists will create their work live, and attendees will be given specific times to take part and become active participants. It demonstrates the potential technology offers for entertainment, brand activations, and space design.
AV that Captivates: Pulse - A Sensory Experience
Under the creative direction of Monterrey-based experience designer Omar Serna, the Pulse space will transform into a seven-minute immersive spectacle created by Mexican artists, integrating hyper-realistic spatial audio, lasers, lighting, and enveloping three-dimensional videomapping in a fully synchronized production. This immersive experience is made possible by the collaboration of Serpro, LANG AG, and L-Acoustics.
AV That Communicates: AVIXA TV Podcast Studio
Throughout the three days of the event, the Podcast Studio, powered by Sony and Tecno Planet, will bring together industry specialists and leaders to discuss innovation, trends, and success stories. Equipped for professional recording and broadcasting, the studio will share its content through AVIXA's channels, extending the event's reach and turning its key conversations into material that will continue to generate value long after the show concludes.
AV that Recharges: Re:Conecta Lounge
There is also the option to take a break between a conference, a demonstration, and a meeting. Re:Conecta Lounge will combine design, well-being, digital art, and audiovisual technology in a space that is intended for conversation, informal meetings, and networking. The space, crafted by the Foto Commo specialists, shows how audiovisual solutions can also transform environments such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces where well-being and human interaction are essential parts of the experience.
AV that Connects: Room ON
In this case, the technology speaks for itself. It adapts, making it easier for users to interact with and manage. Room ON, powered by Akamatech, brings together audio, video, collaboration, automation, and artificial intelligence to connect with people in real time. This boosts productivity and resource efficiency while improving the visitor experience.
Pro Training: Manufacturer Technical Training Sessions
The Pro Training program offered by InfoComm América Latina includes technical training sessions led directly by manufacturers for integrators, distributors, and professional end users seeking a deeper understanding of the latest technology developments. Manufacturers currently confirmed for these training sessions include Audinate, Barco, Crestron, Datapath, Deneva, Extron, Key BPS, Lightware, One Sound, Powersoft, Relacart, Shure, and Sony. The topics and further details for each session will be announced in the coming weeks.
Show Floor Tours
To help visitors get the most out of their visit, InfoComm América Latina will be providing guided tours of the exhibition floor: Show Floor Tour: The Experience Begins Here, ideal for first-time attendees of an InfoComm show; Show Floor Tour: International Visitors, a guide for those who traveled to Mexico City to participate in the event; and Show Floor Tour: Technology That Powers Your Operations, for end users and technology buyers who want to get an overview of what’s available at the event.
"InfoComm América Latina is designed to be valuable for those visiting a trade show in this industry for the first time and for those who have been part of it for years. The show floor tours give new visitors a clear picture of the available technology and help them navigate the event according to their needs. At the same time, the Pro Training sessions offer specialists the opportunity to stay current. We have a program that recognizes the diversity of profiles in our community and aims to provide value to each of them," said Ana Elisa Benavent, Director of InfoComm América Latina.
