Easy! Login to your AVIXA profile and under the “My Company” tab, select the link to "Update My Company's RU Courses”.
Only approved point-of-contacts are permitted to update RU courses for their company. If you believe that you should be included in those shared permissions, please send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “Access to RU Portal”.
No, courses must still be submitted to the renewal committee for evaluation using the online application.
If you believe that you have an issue with the course demographics (course title, RU value, course delivery type, etc.) please email [email protected] for assistance.
No, the application fee for your initial course submission covers access to the RU Provider portal.
