After starting her career in television, Abi has focussed on producing high quality video content for online, and later mobile, audiences since 2001. Abi has always relished the chance to push the broadcast medium forward. Her experience delivering high-profile live broadcasts for London Fashion Week, BAFTA and BRITs over the years has led to working on video content with a wide range of brands including Harrods, EE and the FT. Her career highlights include overseeing the online broadcasts on behalf of the Royal Family for the funeral of HM The Queen and the Coronation of HM The King.

Emili Planas, is CTO and Operations Manager at Mediapro.
Since 2008 Emili served as the Operations Manager for LaLiga TV productions and from 2015 he oversaw operations and engineering definitions for UHD-HDR LaLiga productions (76 productions per season).
From 2007 to the present, he has headed up New Projects & Applied Technologies, Remote Production, plus R&D Implementation in the daily operations.
Between 2007-2016 Emili was involved with Designing, Implementing and Managing Video over IP Networks connecting all MEDIAPRO production centers and field production venue (up to 63 sites worldwide). From 2004 to the present his projects have included: Launching laSexta, among others (three networks) and a Playout Center in Barcelona for 25 live channels; GolT, Fox Sports EU, LaLigaTV, Marca TV, F1 LatinAmerica, BeIn ESP, Eleven Sports Poland and Belgium, 8TV, Telefoot France, Movistar Laliga, etc… Since 2000 he has been a member of MEDIAPRO Consultant Team for Operations & Technical Resources Optimization. Consultant for ESPN Production Center (Buenos Aires), Imagina US (Miami), and Operations’ Optimization Adviser (International Projects).
Emili is a Member of the Board of UHD Spain, where Mediapro is a founding member and he is also an Advisory Board member of SVG Europe.
Matt Morgan is the Market Development Manager for Broadcast AV at Ross Video. With over fifteen years of experience in live production, broadcast engineering, and AV integration, he is passionate about the growing convergence of broadcast and professional AV technologies. Before joining Ross Video, Matt worked as a broadcast engineer at Life.Church—one of the largest churches in the United States—where he managed a 4K facility delivering content to more than forty campuses. His experience across both disciplines gives him a unique perspective on how organizations can harness Broadcast AV to elevate communication and strengthen brand impact.
As the Director IP Connect at LANG AG, Sven Bauschke is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of state-of-the-art AV over IP systems in professional video and presentation technology.
With his work, he is committed to raising awareness of AV over IP within the industry, positioning LANG AG as a strong partner and pioneer in the field of IP-based signal transmission in the long term. His tasks include advising customers on the use of AV over IP systems in fixed installations and the rental sector.
Sven also prepares and conducts comprehensive trainings on professional connectivity for all levels of expertise and maintains constant communication with both manufacturers and customers. This collaborative approach helps pave the way for innovative solutions and future developments in this future-oriented AV field.”
