Pete Coman is award-winning digital workplace experience designer whose career spans 30 years in the tech industry. With a background in owning and managing IT companies and installing and programming advanced technology systems, Pete knows what it’s like on both sides of the fence. Pete recently moved to New York to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for PTS and is currently working with organizations to help them re-imagine their workplace by leveraging smart technologies to enhance workplace activities and the user experience.
He likes long walks on the beach, eating out, watching the footy, and has a passion (bordering on obsession) for technology.

Jeremy has been delivering quality integrated media technology solutions for more than 20 years. He began his career installing enterprise class network and audiovisual systems, progressing to the design and project management of a wide variety of technology enabled facilities. Jeremy has successfully led diverse teams on many large-scale and complex design and installation projects globally. Driven by quality and the creative application of new technologies, Jeremy thrives on developing unique and innovative solutions for his customers. He has worked on a broad range of project types including broadcast, production, and communications for higher education, corporate, healthcare, and hospitality clients.
Jeremy serves on the Board of Directors for PSNI Global Alliance. As a lifelong learner, Jeremy is passionate about giving back through education and volunteers as an adjunct faculty instructor for Avixa as well as AQAV.
Jeremy is the recipient of the Avixa 2019 Educator of the Year, AQAV 2017 Quality Champion Award, and was recognized in the 2014 edition of the Commercial Integrators Top 40 under 40 Influencers.
Frank Padikkala is a Senior Technical Sales Architect on Zoom’s Global Architect Team, specializing in Zoom Spaces. He is an award-winning Technology Architect, Evangelist, and Keynote Speaker in the AV/IT space, known for bridging AV, IT, UC, and Cybersecurity disciplines to create seamless, secure user experiences.
With prior roles at Audinate, Panasonic, and Diversified, Frank has designed and implemented complex AV and media-over-IP solutions for enterprise and higher-education environments. His expertise spans network architecture, solution design, and technical enablement, and he’s recognized for advancing the convergence of IT and AV technologies.
Frank is passionate about innovation, inclusion, and continual learning, and has served as Chair of the AVIXA Diversity Council, where he championed initiatives to promote diversity and equity within the professional AV industry.
Mariana Pinho is a experienced and passionate Client Engagement Manager at OfficePro, Inc.. Her extensive career includes roles such as Regional Director at Cint, Category Development Manager at both Henkel and Acosta Sales & Marketing, and Business Manager at Daymon Worldwide. Mariana holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University, reflecting her strong academic background and commitment to professional excellence.
