Change In Availability for Online Proctoring

AVIXA no longer offers online proctoring for certification examinations. Unfortunately, there was a security breach for the CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) exam.

Exam questions that were compromised due to the breach were removed from the CTS exam. The CTS Item Writers, a diverse group of subject matter experts who write and review CTS exam questions, developed replacement questions that are now implemented. There was not a security breach for the ANP (Audiovisual Network Professional) exam. All certification exams must be taken at an authorized Pearson test center.

It is critical for AVIXA to protect the integrity of its certifications. At this time, the most secure method for administering exams is at an in-person test center. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
