That's because there's a new way to peruse menus, services, and inventories. It's not quite instant gratification, but it's pretty close. So go ahead, place your favorite value burger order, and discover how that process was so easy while you wait.

Dynamic digital signage is transforming how industries engage consumers. However, when one thinks of digital signage, it's usually rectangular and vibrant video screens displaying information to everyone within viewing distance. Some industries, however, are deploying them in a more personalized way: the interactive kiosk.

A digital kiosk at a health care facility allows patients to check-in, provide required patient information, and display a map to the doctor's office and other services. Using a touchscreen, a resident can apply for permits, complete forms, or accomplish various other tasks via a digital kiosk at government offices. Wait! Do you mean there is digital signage I can walk up to and touch?
