Q: How does the discounted member rate for booth/stand purchases at trade shows work?
A: AVIXA Enterprise Member organizations who have paid full, developed economy pricing for their membership can receive discounts on trade show booth space, excluding Integrate and InfoComm China.

In order to select booth space at InfoComm 2022 at the member rate, exhibitors must be AVIXA Members (in good standing) during Priority Space Selection in August 2021. Read more details at infocommshow.org.

For ISE, AVIXA Members must have the appropriate membership level to receive the member rate, depending on the total booth size. Read more details about ISE rebooking.

Q: How do I assign Elite seats to my team members?
A: If you're the primary contact and are having trouble, we have put together some step-by-step instructions for you.

Q: What are the benefits and prices of the membership options?
A: We’ve got something for everyone. For individuals, you can get a FREE, basic membership, or upgrade to our paid Premium and Elite memberships. For your team, there are Bronze, Silver, Gold and custom membership levels. To view pricing for emerged and emerging economies, sign in to your AVIXA account.

Q. My company is a member now. Do I have my own membership?
A: Yes, you can claim your Premium member benefits by connecting to your company. See instructions on how to do that.

Q: Can I downgrade my membership level at any time?
A: Membership levels, whether Individual or Enterprise, cannot be downgraded within the same calendar year.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership level at any time?
A: Membership levels, whether Individual or Enterprise, can be upgraded within the same calendar year and you'll only be charged for the difference.

Q: My company has multiple locations or branches, are they covered under my Enterprise membership?
A: Yes. Please contact your AVIXA representative for more information

Q: How do I know if my company is already a member of AVIXA?
A: Check the AVIXA Directory to see if you’re a member. If you think we’ve missed something in your record, contact us at [email protected].

Q: Do you have a student membership?
A: Students can begin exploring our industry with Student membership! This US$25 membership will give them access to training just for people new to the industry.
