AVIXA Membership FAQ
AVIXA Enterprise member organizations are eligible to receive discounts on trade show booth space (excluding Integrate and InfoComm China shows). Please note that organizations that pay the Emerging Economy price for their Enterprise membership are not eligible to receive trade show booth space discounts.

You can create an account on our registration page. Under the My Employer and Business Address section, choose Search for companies by name, then enter your company’s name and, if necessary, select the country.
If you know your company has an account, but you do not see them listed under the name you entered, try a different variation (For example, if you searched for “XYZ”, instead try “Company X-ray Yellow Zebra”). If there is not a variation of your company’s name, or no results are listed, please contact [email protected].
After you sign in, hover over the link at the top of the page that says, “Hi, FirstName”, and click on My Profile from the drop-down list.
From there, click on My Info -> Edit to edit your name, email, job title, business type, and phone number. When you are finished, click Save.

From there, click on My Company -> Edit to search for your new company. You can choose between Find and link a company (if your company already has an account), Add company (if your company does not have an account), or No company (if you are not employed, or if you do not want to be linked to your company). When you are finished, click Save.
You can view a list of the courses we offer and enroll in them by logging into www.avixa.org, then click on Training Catalog from the drop-down menu under AV Training. You can use the filters on the left to narrow down your results.
Click on a course to read more about it. If you are eligible to enroll in the course, you will see a button that says Enroll.
After you sign in, hover over the link at the top of the page that says, “Hi, FirstName”, and click on My Training Portal from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, you can hover over AV Training at the top of the page, then click on My Training Portal from the drop-down, or go directly to avixa.org/lms.
You will be redirected to avixa.netexam.com (NetExam), where you should see any training you are currently enrolled in. Click on any course to launch it.
After you sign in, hover over the link at the top of the page that says, “Hi, FirstName”, and click on My Training Portal from the drop-down list.
Alternatively, you can hover over AV Training at the top of the page, then click on My Training Portal from the drop-down, or go directly to avixa.org/lms.
You will be redirected to avixa.netexam.com (NetExam). Click on Transcript at the top of the page to view yours. Please note that only individuals that have a valid CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I will have a transcript.
After you sign in, hover over the link at the top of the page that says, “Hi, FirstName”, and click on My Training Portal from the drop-down list.

You will be redirected to avixa.netexam.com (NetExam). Click on Education History to view a list of courses you have completed. You can click on the icon in the last column on the right to download the certificate for that course.
Only the primary contact for an Enterprise member account and other contacts that have been assigned roster access can assign Elite upgrades. To do so:
- Login to your account
- Hover over the link that says, “Hi FirstName”, then click on My Profile
- At the bottom of your profile page, click on Company Roster
- Click the Elite Access toggle on any employee’s window to turn on/off Elite access
- Click the Roster Access toggle on any employee’s window to turn on/off roster access (which allows them to view and edit the roster from this screen through their profile)
We offer Individual Premium and Elite memberships for those going solo, or Bronze, Silver, and Gold Enterprise memberships for your whole team or company (we offer custom memberships, too!).
Find more details about pricing and benefits for Individual memberships and Enterprise memberships. Please note that your location determines whether you are eligible for Emerging Economy pricing or not, and you will be charged appropriately after signing in and adding the membership to your cart.
Yes, you can claim your Premium member benefits by adding your account to your company’s roster. Access your profile and click on My Company -> Edit to change the company account you are linked to. When you are finished, click Save.
Membership levels cannot be downgraded until they are renewed, but they can be upgraded at any time – just pay the difference in cost, and your upgraded membership is good for 365 days.
