Speaker Information
Sarika is a Senior Program Manager in the Device Partner Engineering team at Microsoft. She owns Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows (MTR W) device certification and leads the Express Install and Autopilot programs, focused on reducing deployment friction and enabling scalable, seamless Teams Rooms deployments.
Peggy joined FORTÉ in 2018 as part of the acquisition of Magenium Solutions, where she led sales and marketing. Since then she has led and strengthened FORTE's Microsoft Partnership, serving in a parallel role with GPA and working closely with enterprise and global customer opportunities. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in strengthening FORTÉ’s relationship with Microsoft, expanding global partner alignment, and accelerating top-of-funnel lead generation. Martinus studied at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University.
In his role, Zach leads the company's unified approach to integration services across engineering, installation, and project delivery. His work has included launching the Program Management Department and the Velocity Logistics Center, initiatives that improve operational efficiency and standardize scalable, repeatable technology solutions. Zach began his AV career in 2010 as a live-event technician. He was recognized by Commercial Integrator's 2024 40 Influencers Under 40, and is committed to fostering collaboration, quality, and innovation in the AV industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Full Sail University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
