The countdown to has begun. From 15–17 July 2026, the region’s professional audiovisual community will gather at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center for three days of innovation, learning, and connection. 

A returning highlight is AVIXA Xchange LIVE at Booth F40 — a dedicated hub bringing the AVIXA Xchange community to life through live discussions, meetups, and networking opportunities directly on the show floor. 

Bringing the AV Community Together 
As the Pro AV industry evolves with AI-driven workflows, hybrid experiences, and deeper AV/IT convergence, the value of in-person community interaction continues to grow. AVIXA Xchange LIVE is designed to strengthen those connections by transforming digital conversations into real-world engagement. 

Inspired by discussions happening on AVIXA Xchange, the LIVE experience at InfoComm Asia creates a space where professionals can exchange ideas, share real-world challenges, and explore what’s next for the industry in a collaborative setting. 

Engagement begins well before the show floor opens. The InfoComm Asia space on AVIXA Xchange offers a place for attendees to connect, explore discussions, and start engaging with the community ahead of the event.

What to Expect at AVIXA Xchange LIVE at Booth F40 

 - Visitors can look forward to a dynamic programme of activities, including: 
 - Live sessions and expert-led conversations on key industry trends  
 - Community meetups bringing together diverse AV professionals  
 - Networking opportunities with peers across AV, IT, Education, Broadcast AV and Enterprise  

The space will also host focused interactions for AV/IT professionals, CTS holders, and emerging talent across the region, encouraging meaningful dialogue across all levels of experience.
