Steven Hoenig, PMP, is a senior engineering and strategy leader at Legrand | AV. As Senior Director of Portfolio Expansion Program Management, he leads enterprise initiatives that accelerate product innovation and long-term growth, spanning Remote Monitoring & Management, connected device enablement, smart infrastructure modernization, and Joint Design Manufacturing partnerships to ensure technology investments align with market needs.

Previously, Steven served as Engineering Director for Legrand | AV’s Middle Atlantic Products, overseeing the full lifecycle of the electrical portfolio, including power distribution, battery backup, PCB assemblies, and firmware-enabled solutions. Earlier roles at BAE Systems, Bloomy, Honeywell, and the Port Authority of NY/NJ shaped his expertise in multi-site engineering leadership and advanced systems. He holds an M.S. from Columbia University, a B.S. from The Cooper Union, and is a certified PMP.
