Joe Whitesides has 30 years of experience in the AV industry serving as systems designer, executive manager, and consultant. As XTG’s Director of Experience Technology within AVISPL, Joe leads a global team of creative engineers, designing systems to enable storytelling, covering a broad range of verticals including corporate experience centers, museums, themed environments, simulation and broadcast.

Joe is a member of DSE, SEGD, and GACEP and has a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech. As a leader, Joe has worked to develop teams and improve processes from sales to installation, while striving to provide industry-leading customer service.
