Course Features
This live, three-day course runs from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on June 8-10 at InfoComm 2024. Additional evening work may be required. This course will allow you to:
- Define and understand the typical AV industry project life cycle(s).
- Create scope statement and work breakdown structure describing applicable project deliverables.
- Create a network schedule with activities, durations, and interdependencies.
- Delineate and assign resources and budget associated costs to the project(s).
- Identify, assess, and plan for the mitigation of and response to the project's risks.
- Identify the important project metrics to be captured, measured and analyzed within the typical AV industry methodology.
- Define key project stakeholders, determine requirements and validate assumptions.
- Establish guidelines for team communication and initiate.
