Postponement of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Brasil 2020
Sao Paulo, 16 March 2020 – After careful consideration through the advice of public health officials such as those from the World Health Organization (WHO) and government of Brasil, the organizers of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Brasil 2020 have decided to postpone the show originally scheduled to take place 14-16 April 2020.
With a rise in the number of cases and countries across the world being affected by COVID-19, the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic on 11 March 2020. In response, the government of Brasil has advised the cancellation and postponement of large events as well as a seven-day quarantine for all incoming travelers from abroad.
“While we understand that this may cause an inconvenience, we have put the health and safety of our exhibitors and attendees as the highest concern,” said Max Jaramillo, Managing Director of TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Latin America.
TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Brasil 2020 has been rescheduled for 20-22 October 2020 (Tuesday - Thursday) at Transamerica Expo, Sao Paulo, Brasil.
