  • Identify the purpose of a meeting or event and give users guidance on which space is best suited to the needs of their meeting.
  • Challenge your assumptions when developing instructions: instead of labeling a control as “Environment,” consider more direct language such as “Lights & Shades”.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with end users to stay ahead of changing needs for conference rooms.
