Patrick Angielczyk

Patrick Angielczyk, an Audio Visual Technologist at Mohawk College of Arts and Technology. A graduate with Honours from the Harris Institute in Audio Production and Engineering, Patrick's commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his pursuit of credentials from various institutions. He holds a Certified Technology Specialist - Installation (CTS-I) credential. Patrick humorously refers to himself as a "certification hoarder," collecting certifications from various audiovisual manufacturers. Patrick has been involved in projects such as creating HyFlex Classrooms, Unified Communications Initiatives, and upgrades to various spaces at the college. Before enriching the higher education landscape, Patrick honed his skills as an Audio Visual Technician in the healthcare sector. This diverse experience equips him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and learning. Beyond his professional endeavours, Patrick is passionate about mentorship and continuing education. He actively engages in guiding emerging professionals in the AV industry, sharing his knowledge and fostering growth. His dedication to mentorship aligns with his belief in the power of ongoing education to propel the AV field forward. Patrick sits as cochair of the AVIXA Rising Professionals Council.
