Nikki Ault is the Vice President of Client Services at Coffman Media, LLC, where she leads client success strategy, recurring revenue initiatives, and long-term customer relationships for the company’s digital signage technology solutions. 

With nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and relationship management, Nikki is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and building scalable processes that support growth and retention. 

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and cities, cooking, and spending time in the sunshine with her husband Jason and their two teenage daughters, Hayley and Allyson.
