What's the Difference between IoT and AV?

Introducing IOT devices to the network requires a different approach from traditional IT assets. Should IT leaders apply this approach to AV equipment as well? We explored ways to ensure AV network equipment traffic gets triaged and discussed ideas and best practices that can be shared between IT and AV teams. Network Design Expert Aaron Weiler was our moderator for this power hour. Founder and Managing Director of HiCLIFF Technologies Inc Jamie Horner and Chief Technology Officer of Level 3 Audio Visual, LLC Frederick Loucks shared these insights for IT and AV managers:
