practices to train new staff and help them deliver solutions to your customers. You’ll learn to create SOPs that allow staff and end users to use AV/IT resources effectively, develop orientation tools and procedures to efficiently onboard direct

For the past year, the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine worked to create a software-centric environment connecting multiple physical classrooms to create a single, unified active learning environment. This experience allows faculty and students to learn from and work with each other, regardless of campus location. The Heritage College currently employs a “shared curriculum” in which a team of instructors teach up to 500 students throughout three campuses. Ohio University Senior Director of Technology Jodie Penrod will share an overview of the current technology state and curricular model of the College, as well as review faculty feedback on future state designs.

Florida State University College of Business offers four core methods of production that faculty can choose from to capture and produce their course video lectures. Utilizing a flexible model allowing for some degree of personalization, FSU Director of Academic Technology Aiden Sizemore and Media Specialist Britney White meet and exceed the expectations of their stakeholders. Aiden and Britney will share how they use agile methodologies such as iteration management and participatory decision making to bring value, stimulate innovation, and encourage flexible adaptations that stakeholders can build upon long term.
