Keynote Speaker

Sam Grierson
Sam Grierson is an award winning writer, director and speaker exploring neurodivergence, gender, identity and queerness through film and audio drama, with audacity at the heart of her work. Autistic, ADHD and gay, Sam’s work includes The Programme and The Pause, a horror comedy on identity and menopause, alongside senior leadership roles in strategy and change.

Sam Phenix
With over 25 years of experience in the display technology and AV industries, Sam has led innovation at the intersection of engineering, business development, and corporate strategy. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at globally recognized companies including Leyard, Planar, Intel, Dell, and Barco, driving product vision and execution across a wide range of professional markets.
Today, Sam partners with clients as a strategy consultant and advisor, leveraging deep expertise in display technologies to support product development, innovation roadmaps, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. Her approach is collaborative and forward-thinking, focused on solving technical challenges and unlocking new business value.
An active contributor to the AV and display communities, Sam currently serves on the board of frame:work. She has previously served as Chair of the AVIXA Board of Directors and as a director at large for the AVIXA Foundation. Within the Society for Information Display (SID), she serves on the Board of Directors as Chair of Community Engagement, in addition to holding several committee roles.

Erica Giordano
With an academic background in architecture, Erica specializes in Audio-Visual & Control (AVC) system design, believing that successful projects are driven by seamless integration and early collaboration among disciplines such as architecture, acoustics, and lighting. She designs integrated technological environments, working at the intersection of architecture, audiovisual systems, and multidisciplinary coordination. Erica is strongly committed to client satisfaction, developing tailor-made solutions that respond to specific needs and ensure efficient, functional, and future-ready environments.



Irma Karpaviciute
Irma Karpaviciute is a Marketing Professional at AVI-SPL Ireland, supporting initiatives across the UK and internationally, including events such as ISE and SAS (Sales Acceleration Summit). She is very active on LinkedIn and in 2025, became Co-Chair of AVIXA Women’s Council Ireland. Selected for Inavate EMEA 40 Under 40: Class of 2025, she volunteers through AVI-SPL Gives Back and balances her career with family life as a mum to two teenagers and two Frenchies.
Kamilla Wysocki
Born in Poland and living in Germany for 36 years, she studied Business Law. She worked as a Media Analyst at a media analysis company serving various clients before joining LANG AG in 2017. Today, she is responsible for the HR department. She is a mother of one daughter and enjoys dancing and karaoke in her free time.
Montse Romero
For over three decades, Montse has dedicated her career to shaping the audiovisual industry, blending innovation, design, and business acumen to create technology that inspires connection. As founder and co-owner of Albiral Display Solutions and co-creator of the Arthur Holm brand, she has led the company’s marketing, sales, and financial strategy, driving global expansion and establishing a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and technological excellence. Curious by nature and constantly eager to learn, Montse brings a lifelong passion for discovery to everything she does. Beyond business, she is also a writer—author of a novel and several short stories—and an avid outdoor enthusiast with a love for hiking, running, snowboarding, and yoga.

ISE at Fira Barcelona Gran Via on 3 - 6 Feb 2026
Integrated Systems Europe, often referred to as ISE, is the world-renowned annual tech show for the audiovisual and systems integration industry. It is organised and run by Integrated Systems Events.
The industry turns to ISE for the inspiration and motivation required to drive things forward. At the four-day event each February, our attendees reconnect with virtually impossible experiences, with networking opportunities, state-of-the-art technology, and their own career development.
Since the first ISE in 2004, the event has grown year-on-year. In 2025, ISE hosted over 1,600 exhibitors (with countless new product launches) and it's attendees made over 185,700 visits to the show.
