Nik Johnson

With over two decades of experience in the AV industry spanning design, engineering, and control systems programming, Nik brings a versatile skill set and deep technical expertise to his role as Senior Design Engineer at AVI-SPL’s XTG. He began his career in the New York tri-state area, building a foundation in commercial integration and mission-critical systems before expanding into large-scale experiential projects.  Now based in Orlando, Nik has led the design and delivery of high-performance AV solutions for global clients across enterprise, healthcare, defense, themed entertainment, and museum sectors. Holding more than 50 industry certifications, including AVIXA's CTS-I/CTS-D and Crestron Master Architect, he blends technical precision with creative problem-solving to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems on aggressive timelines.​
