Melody Vilitchai

After taking an intro to acting class and then working as a follow spot operator in a theater production, recipient Melody Vilitchai found a passion for lighting design. Since then, she has shadowed designers in local and regional theaters while pursuing mentorship opportunities. For Melody, lighting is her unapologetic voice, a way to express herself while helping others be seen. She plans to continue developing both artistic and technical skills through professional opportunities in theater.
