Since 1998, Mark has been serving and supporting the ICT industry with specialized experience in copper and optical fiber design, installation & project management working primarily in campus environments for corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors.

Joining BICSI in 2017 as an ICT Training Specialist, Mark provides guidance and subject matter expertise to students and members throughout the globe.
