building technologies , deploying security and communication infrastructures , to leading complex integration projects  women are increasingly playing a vital role in building the connected environments of the future.

Innovation in AV/ELV isn’t only about cables, racks, displays, or control systems. It’s about people, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration .
When diverse perspectives come together, the solutions we build become smarter, more inclusive, and more impactful. 

Today we celebrate the women engineers , designers , project managers , programmers , technicians , and leaders  who are transforming how we communicate, collaborate, and experience technology.
