Reliable wireless microphone performance is critical in corporate meeting and collaboration spaces. In this course, you’ll learn how to prevent, diagnose, and resolve wireless microphone dropouts in meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, divisible spaces, and conference environments. You’ll practice using real-world user feedback, room support workflows, antenna placement, RF basics, conferencing system behavior, and simple troubleshooting steps you can apply on the job

AVIXA Class #2: AVIXA's Display Image Size in Audio Visual Systems (DICAS) Standard.  How to determine the appropriate display size for a given venue taking into account the content and many viewing factors.  This hands-on conversation will briefly review the standard and then in the given space, use the standard to validate the rooms display technology.

AVIXA Class #3: How to Conduct a Proper Needs Analysis: A discussion on determining the needs/wants for a project using various methodologies and what to do with the information after it is gathered. Once the analysis is compiled, a brief look at a program report and site survey and use of checklists to round out the hour.

Shure Academy Class #4: *Deploying and Validating Zoom Rooms with IntelliMix Room Kits and Foundation System | Dave Mendez &  Zoom Lead Partner

This training prepares AV/IT installers and integrators to plan, install, configure, verify, and document a Zoom Rooms conferencing system built on Shure IntelliMix Room Kits and theIntelliMix Foundation System.​ Participants conduct pre-deployment site and network assessments, evaluate solution options against room size and application requirements, perform DSP configuration in Shure Designer during a guided live tutorial, execute a structured verification process including Designer diagnostics and a live Zoom test call, and apply a systematic troubleshooting methodology to common field failures. ​The course concludes with client handoff documentation practices
