Designing Inclusive Meeting Rooms in 2022 & Beyond

Ready or not, I.T. and AV Technology roles are evolving into an increasingly team-facing role that empowers the employees and teams to work more efficiently. Add to that the complexity of ever-evolving office policies, hybrid work, and the aspect of keeping everything secure. That's a tough bar to meet! Research suggests* that as organizations are returning to in-person office spaces, "28% of workers find it difficult to have their voices heard, while some feel that management leaders cater too heavily to those in a physical meeting space when attending hybrid meetings." It only goes to say that traditional ways of designing rooms and enabling meetings won't cut it in 2022! 'Meeting Equity' is not a buzzword anymore.
