Deborah Jones MBA has spent her career, working in the Live Events Industry and is currently AV/IT sales manager at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, planning and managing the technical aspects of the Centre’s client portfolio, https://qeiicentre.london/ .  Located in the heart of London, the Centre hosts around 400+ live events per year.  Previously she has worked in both the public and private sectors.  

She is a director for the global AV User Group https://www.avusergroup.com/ , an audio-visual, end-user community, which has groups in London, San Jose, New York, Toronto, Scotland, and Sydney. 

Deborah has also been an AVIXA member for 17 years. She was the first women UK member to obtain her (Certified Technology Specialist) CTS qualification; and is a regular webinar facilitator and conference speaker at AV events, including Infocomm. She is a member of several AVIXA Committees: the Diversity Council, Women’s Council, and the Membership Committee.

As an avid reader of AV Magazine, she is privileged to have acted as a judge for the AV awards since 2011.
