The leading event for the audiovisual integration industry will take place at the CIEC WTC Mexico City from October 21 to 23. Registration is now open for specialists and end users in the professional audiovisual technology sector.
Mexico City, Mexico. June 23, 2026 – The technology that creates immersive experiences in museums, sports venues, concerts, corporate meeting rooms, classrooms, and places of worship will be showcased at InfoComm América Latina 2026, the region’s premier audiovisual integration event. Organized by AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), the event will be held from October 21 to 23, 2026, at the World Trade Center International Exhibition and Convention Center (CIEC WTC) in Mexico City. Registration is now open for specialists, buyers, end users, and anyone interested in the latest technological solutions, trends, products, and services.
After a successful first edition that surpassed organizers’ expectations, the second InfoComm América Latina is expected to attract over 7,000 attendees. Visitors can explore a 4,000 m² exhibition floor with nearly 100 exhibitors showing innovations from more than 120 brands.
“InfoComm América Latina has become the meeting point where global innovation meets Latin American opportunity. Our goal is not only to showcase technology, but also to create an environment where professionals can gain knowledge, build partnerships, and access the ideas, solutions, and connections that will help drive their organizations and the industry forward,” describes Ana Elisa Benavent, Show Director of InfoComm América Latina.
Business networking and educational programs will cover a broad range of topics, featuring Latin American and international speakers. Nearly 50 sessions will be held over three days in four dedicated rooms on the mezzanine level of the CIEC WTC.
The program, organized by thematic areas, includes Congreso AVIXA, keynote speeches, site visits to AV-enabled locations, and specialized training sessions led by manufacturers. New features this year include an AI Summit with a full day of sessions on artificial intelligence in audiovisual integration, as well as a course and activities for professionals seeking CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
“InfoComm América Latina 2025 established itself as an event of international quality, both due to AVIXA’s organization and the commitment, effort, and investment made by all our exhibitors to present booths with the same quality of design, construction, and customer service as those at InfoComm in Las Vegas and Orlando and ISE in Barcelona,” explains Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, senior director for Latin America and the Caribbean at AVIXA. “Not only did exhibitors and visitors recognize the high standard of InfoComm América Latina, but recently the International Association of Exhibitions and Events awarded us the International Excellence Award for organizing a B2B exhibition that contributes to the growth and promotion of our industry.”
