A meeting room in the transient world of a hospitality or co-working environment might be the ultimate testing ground for two things: which technology works and what is the current state of automation versus human intervention. For first-time users of a system, or even those who frequently reserve a space, the same questions and troubleshooting concerns continue to arise.
