Exhibit Hall Lighting - Lights Out Request Approval Form

FOR BOOTHS 30’ X 40’ AND LARGER ONLY
All exhibitors located in booths 30’ x 40’ and larger may request to have the house lights above their booth switched off. Companies taking space in the area of these booths should be prepared to supply supplementary lighting for their exhibits as necessary.

Please indicate below if you require the lights out over your booth.
The requesting exhibitor bears sole responsibility for any costs associated with changes to and/or re-establishment of full lighting for any reason whatsoever. Costs are to be borne by the exhibitor below whose exhibit space the lighting levels were changed. AVIXA will not be responsible for the costs of turning off lights above the requesting booths nor adding supplemental lighting or draping to the surrounding booths. Your response will enable us to alert surrounding exhibitors to the possible need
The OCCC will adjust lighting. Exhibitors requesting lights out will be required to pay all fees associated with the disconnect/reconnect and lamp replacement. In some instances, the OCCC will try to breaker off the lights above the booth without removing actual bulbs. In order to receive discount rates, payment must be made to The Orange County Convention Center by May 16, 2019.
