Dan Arnold is the Manager of Support Services at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. As part of the e-Learning and Instructional Support team, he assists faculty and staff with educational technology needs, as well as serves as the LMS support team leader. His research interests include digital accessibility, remote work perceptions for IDs in higher education, and ID competencies.
