You've heard about Design Thinking: the solution-focused methodology that combines logic with design principles like imagination and intuition to solve business challenges. How does Design Thinking work for AV professionals? And how can this method help you to navigate today’s uncertain business and social environments?

This workshop is ideal for the existing or aspiring AV work force struggling with next steps in the face of unprecedented business and cultural disruption. This fast-paced, interactive session will demonstrate how thinking like a designer leads to innovative ideas and successful outcomes. You'll learn the fundamentals of Design Thinking, from discovery to ideation. Then you'll practice these concepts with your colleagues as you create a quick prototype.

At the end of this session, you’ll be able to apply five Design Thinking principles — empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test — and come away with fresh ideas to help your business succeed.
