AVIXA Mentor Program

AVIXA Mentors is a group of AVIXA™ members interested in advancing the AV industry by learning from other professionals. People involved in mentoring advance the industry as leaders, impact employee retention and help elevate a more diverse, skilled workforce.

AVIXA Mentors is an opt-in initiative for Premium and Elite members who elect to work together and build ongoing relationships with clear and concise objectives. AVIXA will support your efforts along the way by offering a comprehensive guide, webinars focused on boosting your mentor/mentee skills, as well as a collaborative platform to share with others in the program.

AVIXA Mentors is designed for any type of mentoring, therefore, we highly recommend coming to the table with a ‘match’ or partner in mind. Each individual mentor-mentee relationship will develop “SMART” goals and meet, in-person or virtually, every month for six months.
