Call For Nominations For InfoComm Oceania Regional Awards 2017

Melbourne, AUS – 13 April 2017–InfoComm International®, the trade association representing the commercial audiovisual industry worldwide, is calling for nominations following the launch of its Oceania regional awards programme 2017. InfoComm’s Oceania Regional Awards recognise AV professionals in the region for their outstanding contributions, leadership and commitment to excellence. Awards nominations are now being accepted and judged by an InfoComm regional awards committee in the following five categories: Oceania CTS Holder of the Year Award, Oceania Educator of the Year Award, Oceania Distinguished Achievement Award, Oceania Women in AV Award and Young AV Professional Award. In a sixth category, InfoComm staff will select the winner to take home the Oceania Volunteer of the Year Award.

“We are delighted to bring the InfoComm awards this year to the Oceania region. It’s great that we are able to recognise achievements and commitment to the AV Industry. We hope this will encourage more AV professionals to further develop their skills, as well as inspire them to help educate their peers in this industry,” says Jonathan Seller, Senior Director of Development Asia-Pacific at InfoComm International. “We look forward to the opportunity of presenting the InfoComm Oceania awards at Integrate, where we will come together as a whole industry to celebrate the individual’s success stories.”

Nominations must be submitted before or on 30 June 2017. All winners will be announced and celebrated during the InfoComm Oceania awards ceremony on the first day of Integrate 2017 in Melbourne on 29 August.
